Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
At Metalwear, we understand that tastes may differ. Does the pair of sunglasses not stay in place while headbanging, or does it simply not match your look after all? No problem. With us, you have 30 days to decide whether to keep the sunglasses or return them.
1. Reflection Period and Withdrawal
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including the shipping costs of the outbound shipment.
Note: If you return only part of your order, the shipping costs of the outbound shipment will not be refunded.
2. Return Shipping Costs
The costs for returning the product from the Consumer to the webshop are at the Consumer’s own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 per package (please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates).
3. Condition of the Product
During the reflection period, you must handle the sunglasses and the packaging with care. You may inspect and try on the sunglasses as you would in a physical store.

The principle is that you only handle and inspect the sunglasses to determine their nature and characteristics.

If the sunglasses are damaged, show scratches on the lenses, or display signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value of the product.
4. How Do I Return My Sunglasses?
To exercise this right, you may contact us via info@metalwear.com to register your return. We will then contact you regarding the further handling.

Packaging: Place the sunglasses back in the original case/packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Shipping: Drop off the package at a shipping point of your choice. Keep the shipping receipt safe.

Refund: We will refund the amount owed within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good condition or you can provide proof of shipment.
